EMI Shielding Honeycomb Vent Panels are designed as a high-performance, cost-effective solution to address both EMI shielding and airflow challenges in telecommunication applications, such as base stations and network cabinets. These panels are specifically engineered for network equipment that requires compliance with NEBS and Bellcore GR-63-CORE standards, ensuring both effective electromagnetic interference suppression and optimal ventilation.

- High EMI shielding over 90dB with low cost
- Wide Choice of materials and surface treatment.
- Standard mounting gaskets are Monel wire mesh and neoprene sponge environmental gaskets
- Round panel and protective grille is available
- Intumescent coating is available to meet NEBS and Bellcore GR-63-Core standard.
- Drip-Proof design to against driving rain in outdoor.
Technical Data
Surface treatment:
- Standard plating is clear chromium coating per Mil-C-5541 class 3 ( RoHS compliance)
- Yellow chromium coating per Mil-C-5541 class 3

- Tin plating per ASTM-B545 type C.
- Nickel plated
- Flame resistant paint, always used in Network equipment where need pass NEBS or Bellcore GR-63-CORE
