Product Description
The ND series sine wave filter products are used to improve the voltage waveform at the output end of the frequency converter, correct the PWM waveform output by the converter, convert it into a sine wave, extend the output distance of the frequency converter up to 3KM, effectively suppress high-frequency and dv/dt radio frequency interference, reduce output harmonic components, reduce eddy current losses and motor noise, extend the service life of the motor, and improve system reliability.
Without a sine wave filter, long-distance motor drives often suffer from insulation stress, overheating, and premature failure caused by steep voltage rises and switching harmonics. The sine wave filter smooths out these switching pulses, creating a nearly perfect sine waveform that allows for long cable runs and safe motor operation, even in harsh industrial conditions.
